By purchasing from ALARABIYA COMPUTER, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.
Warranty coverage applies according to the authorized distributor or importer terms and not directly from the seller.
Products returned under warranty must include all original packaging materials including foam protection, boxes, plastic bags, manuals, and accessories. Missing packaging components may result in refusal of warranty service.
Warranty becomes void in cases including:
- Removal or damage of warranty stickers
- Physical damage, burns, scratches, or misuse
- Missing or removed serial numbers
- Software-related issues or operating system problems
Shipping costs for warranty claims to distributors or service centers are the responsibility of the customer.
In situations where repair or replacement is unavailable due to product discontinuation or rapid technology changes, customers may receive:
- A replacement product with similar specifications
- The option to wait for restocking
- An upgraded product with price difference based on distributor evaluation and depreciation calculations
Receiving the product confirms the customer’s acceptance of all warranty and service terms.
