أولاً : الشروط العامة
الضمان ضد عيوب الصناعة هو ضمان الوكيل أو المستورد وليس ضمان البائع .
يعاد المكون أو الجزء الخاضع للضمان بكل مكونات التغليف الداخلي والخارجي فوم - كرتون - اكياس ..... الخ ) وعلى وجه الخصوص الفوم الخاص بالشاشه والطابعه والاسكنر ومن حق البائع عدم استلام الصنف في حالة نقص أي من هذه المشتملات.
:يلغى الضمان كليا في أي من هذه المشتملات .

. نزع الرقم المسلسل عن أي صنف خاضع للضمان أو من على مكونات تغليفه
تكلفة إرسال الصنف إلى الوكيل أو المستورد تكون على نفقة المشترى ذهابا وعودة (من) 70 إلى 150 جـ ) .
الضمان لا يشتمل الأعطال المترتبة على أعطال البرنامج (Software)
ثانيآ: في حالة تعذر الإصلاح أو عدم وجود البديل نتيجة للتطور السريع في عالم التكنولوجيا يكون من حق العميل اختيار أحد الحلول التالية ووفقا لما يقرره الوكيل أو المستورد و قبول صنف أخر بنفس المواصفات أو مواصفات قريبة بدون دفع فرق مالى الانتظار حتى ورود نفس الصنف مرة أخرى وتبديلة و دفع الفرق بين سعر المنتج حسب تقييم الوكيل أو المستورد له بعد حساب معدل إهلاك لا يقل عن ٤% شهرياً ومنتج أخر بمواصفات أعلى .
ثالثآ: يعتبر استلام العميل للمنتج إقرار منه بإستلام هذه الأصناف بحالة جيدة وموافقته على جميع شروط الضمان السابقة .
